This individualised coaching package is tailored to your unique goals, lifestyle, and physiology. HIGH PERFORMANCE
Elevate your performance with our High Performance coaching package. This plan offers enhanced communication, in-depth training analysis, and comprehensive feedback to help you fine-tune your progress. Designed to optimise your performance and unlock your full potential, keeping you on track toward achieving your goals.
High Performance Package €250 per month
STEP 1
Training history and training beliefs
Through inital consultation and questionnaire I want to understand more about your training and race history. As well as understanding your beliefs about the training process.
STEP 2
Short and long term goals
I will explore what your short and long term goals are in sport and co create performanc indicators we can work towards in acheiveing these goals. As well as understanding time commitments with work, family,etc.
STEP 3
Current physiological profile
First part in working towards your goals is understanding where you are currently through performance testing. This allows us to track progress and inidividualise training zones and sessions.
STEP 4
Performance planning
Once we have completed steps 1-3 I will create a performance plan that meets your individual needs and work towards reaching your athletic potential.
STEP 5
Training analysis and feedback
Regular analysis of training sessions and feedback within training peaks. Analysing training data and athlete comments/feedback .
STEP 6
Monthly review and adapt
Monthly oppurtuinity to review training in line with short and long terms goals. Progress, adapt and monitor priority areas to maximise impact.
